The Florida Credit Union League established the Card Services Department in order to provide affordable Visa/MasterCard credit/debit card processing services. Card Services provides the following operational support to the credit union and its cardholders:
- Automated Response Unit allows cardholders access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Member Service Representatives who offer one-on-one services to both the cardholder and credit union personnel concerning their credit or debit card needs between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., EST, excluding holidays.
- Lockbox payment posting.
- Back-office accounting.
- Services to handle credit union and cardholder dispute, lost/stolen and chargeback issues.
