Advocacy and action go hand in-hand in the credit union movement. Advocacy will not be successful unless there is action behind it. FCUL is actively working to build and strengthen relationships among the League, legislators, and credit unions.
FCUL strives to implement and coordinate a variety of events and practices to help increase the common ground between member credit unions and legislators. Events such as Meet & Greets, political and chapter fundraisers, and candidate nights at chapter meetings aid in enhancing the relationships between credit union leaders and legislators.
