Fees/Costs for Buying
 
If you are buying a new property, or refinancing an existing loan, below is a summary of our fees/costs:
 
Broward County Buyer:
  • Complete Closing Services - $150
  • Title Examination - $100
  • Document Preparation - $20
  • Scanning, Indexing, & Storing All Documents - $50
  • Owners Policy: Promulgated by Law (Minimum $100).  Click here to see the promulgated rate schedule. 
  • Lenders Policy: $125, if issued simultaneously.
  • Policy Endorsements:  Florida Form 9: 10% of the Owner’s Policy Premium + Loan Policy Premium
  • All other endorsements: $25/each, if applicable.
Note: In addition to the fees/costs outlined above, parties may be charged for courier, wire, survey, recording fess, state and county taxes, and other miscellaneous fees that may become applicable.
 
Fees/Costs for Selling
If you are selling a property, below is a summary of our fees/costs:
 
Broward County Seller:
  • Complete Closing Services - $50
  • Title/Abstract Search - $250
  • Judgment and Lien Search - $100 (estimated)
  • Document Preparation - $20
  • Scanning, Indexing, & Storing All Documents - $50
Note: In addition to the fees/costs outlined above, parties may be charged for courier, wire, recording fees, state and county fees, any estoppel fees, and other miscellaneous fees that may become applicable.

*Charges are estimates only.  Actual charges may vary depending on lender and contract requirements.
*Property taxes are prorated at closing based upon prior/current year's amount.  Association dues are prorated at closing based upon the actual amount.
