Freeman Decorating Company is the official decorator.  Freeman can provide all exhibitor services, including freight storage and handling in and out, setup and dismantling of exhibits, booth furnishings/decorations, and other related services (electrical, signs, etc.).  To order electric or Internet connection, be sure to fill out the appropriate forms from the JW Marriott, included in the Freeman Decorating Kit.  You must notify the Exhibits Director if utilizing another service contractor to set up your exhibit.   Please note: Packet information will not be mailed.

 

Shipping Information
The Exhibitor agrees to ship, at his/her own risk and expense, all articles to be exhibited.

All shipments must be prepaid. Further instructions can be found in the Freeman Decorating Kit.  DO NOT SEND SHIPMENTS TO HOTEL.  If you are managing your shipping with an independent carrier, you mus arrange for pick up prior to the pick up date.  For example, UPS and FedEx will not pick up same day requests.
