From its humble beginnings as the Personnel Department responsible for payroll and benefits to its strategic role in today’s organizations, quality Human Resource management adds value to the bottom line.

The HR/Training Leadership Council of Florida is dedicated to:

  • Providing a forum for the exchange and discussion of human resource, training and development information; 
  • Providing information services and educational programs for the professional development of members;
  • Presenting human resource, training and development professionals with tools needed to become leaders and decision makers in the organizations; 
  • Promoting the recognition of the HR/Training & Development profession as a vital management discipline within the credit union system.

The HR/Training & Development Council meets several times a year in different locations throughout the state. Topics and speakers are chosen based on the advice and input from an Advisory Committee made up of human resource and training professionals from credit unions.

Online collaboration & resources are provided to members of the council through the Council Forums and Knowledgebase.
