About the Speaker
Laura Illig is the founder and lead principal of Corinthian Consulting, LLC. With an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship, and a background working for some of the largest corporations in America, she brings more than 17 years of experience, a wealth of talent, and a dynamic personality to every company she assists. Having worked in three continents and across a variety of industries, she excels at adapting cutting-edge marketing and leadership theories to the practical needs of companies, both large and small. She specializes in helping companies uncover the truths that their employees and customers already know. Through research and active facilitation, she helps individuals and companies leverage their strengths, personalities, and strategic assets. She does not impose change from the outside, but rather challenges organizations to grow stronger from within. Her experience in marketing, human resources, and executive management led her to develop Corinthian's unique three-part approach to branding. It is her belief that a truly successful brand does not stand on its own. Rather to create an emotional bond with customers, a company's brand must reinforce - and be reinforced by - its internal corporate personality and executive management style.
