A planning session is a procedure for credit unions to comprise an annual vision for future growth. Planning sessions are presented in several portions. The educational portion of the program helps attendees understand the economic and regulatory climate in which credit unions operate. The consultant report is a customized financial analysis prepared especially for your credit union, based on your credit union’s financials with written recommendations. Though facilitation, an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; and prioritization of opportunities helps you establish direction for management and a professionally produced and bound report is prepared for each participant.
Your personalized session will help determine where your credit union is now and give you greater insight as to where you want to take your credit union in the near future. It also provides insight into how your credit union’s numbers compare to your peers in relation to loan-to-assets, delinquent loans-to-loans, net charge-offs-to-loans, unsecured loans, automobile loans, real estate loans, loan yield, investment yield, dividend yield, net worth, fee income, and return-on-assets.
