Fees/Costs for Refinancing
If you are buying a new property, or refinancing an existing loan, below is a summary of our fees/costs:
All Florida Counties:
- Complete Closing Services - $150
- Title/Abstract Search - $250
- Title Examination - $100
- Document Preparation - $20
- Scanning, Indexing, & Storing All Documents - $50
- Lenders Policy: Promulgated based on loan amount.
- Policy Endorsements: Florida Form 9: 10% of the Lender’s Policy Premium
- All other endorsements: $25/each, if applicable.
